Summary of why users need to link their workspace
How do workspaces work?
A workspace refers to a collaborative environment where users from the same organisation can interact, collaborate, and create shared resources đ¨âđŠâđ§âđŚ
Within Accurx, each workspace is linked to an organisation.
For example: If you work in the Oncology team within a specific NHS Trust, your workspace may be called 'Oncology' and the related organisation would be 'Example NHS Trust'.
Why are workspaces important?
Linking a workspace to an organisation is important because it helps us to correctly identify key details about your workspace and organisation, such as:
Region (e.g. England, Scotland)
Type of organisation (e.g. NHS Trust, Pharmacy)
This ensures that Accurx is set up correctly for you, so you have access to the right features and content, such as templates and questionnaires.
What do you need to do?
At the moment, your workspace is linked to an invalid national code. National codes help us match workspaces to the right organisations. This can sometimes be incorrect for various reasons, but we want to make sure you are mapped to the right organisation so that Accurx works as it should for you.
To fix this, weâve created a simple process within Accurx for you to confirm which organisation you should be linked to. Once you provide this information, weâll review it and apply the correct settings.
After completing this step, no further action is needed from you.
