When using Self-Book, practices need to choose a slot type that they are happy for patients to book into 😊
If you can’t see the slot type that you’d like to use for Self-Book in the drop-down then it’s worth checking a few things:
The slot type needs to be in your appointment book within the next 3 weeks 📆
The slot type must also be available for booking and can not be fully booked by patients 🌟
A toolbar at the practice is logged in and connected to EMIS/SystmOne. (We use the toolbar to find slot types in the appointment book)
If you're looking for a new slot type that you've recently added into your appointment book, you may need to wait around an hour and restart the toolbar 💻. If you're new to using Self-Book or haven't used it in a while, you may need to wait 24 hours. However, if you need to send out invites today, please contact our support team using the green message icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
If you have double-checked all of the above things and ruled them out, please chat to us using the green message icon in the bottom right-hand corner 👉
