There are a couple of ways you can find out more information and enable Record View for your practice.
The second is to:
Select your initials on your Accurx Desktop Toolbar.
Select Record View.
Enable Record View by selecting "Switch on for your practice"
You're all set! 😊Please do check in with your practice admin before enabling, as they will be notified.
How to disable Record View for my organisation?
There currently isn't a way for users to disable or turn off Record View on the user side. However, users can reach out to our support team to switch off Record View.
