If you are in Northern Ireland and want to use Batch Messaging, there is a small change you need to make to your patient CSV export.

What the CSV export looks like directly out of EMIS in Northern Ireland:

When you export a CSV with patient data, you'll need to make 1 change:

  • Column G needs to be removed

What the CSV should look like once you've updated it:

Our system is able to understand 'HCN number' as the patient identified, but it gets confused if there is also a NHS number column so it's just that this one needs to be removed.
