When can I get in touch via live chat?
Our User Support Team are available on live chat during the following times:
Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm.
Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
Sundays/ Bank Holidays 9am - 1pm.
If you message us during our out-of-hours, then do not worry as we will pick it up and get back to you the moment we're back online!
When you leave the chat, we email you a copy of the conversation. You can always respond from your inbox to continue the chat OR just come back to the same place to open the live chat again.

Do you have a direct number to call User Support?
We do not offer a direct line to call our User Support Team at the moment. However, we can appreciate that it sometimes feels easier to chat with us over the phone.
We are happy to drop you a call if you request this but, we might advise you that it is easier to resolve your query via our chat function as we have a few tools we can use to resolve this quicker than jumping on a phone call.

Talking to us about outages & incidents
While rare, there are times when we might experience an outage. If this is the case and you think you are an affected user then you can check the live updates of the status of this on our Statuspage. 👇
We will also communicate any major incidents and outages via in-product banners and notifications.
