If you looking at our 'All patients invited' page, this gives you a much better overview of the patients that have been invited across your grouping of practices, as well as a couple of new features. Here are some top tips for what you can do from here:
1. Search & filter options
Along with the ability to search for a patient's name, NHS number or mobile number, we've also added a number of filter options. You can choose whether to filter by just the patients your practice has invited, or untick this box to see all of the patients invited across your network.
You can also filter by the 'patient status' as shown below. We've also added handy definitions for each status, so that it's clear what each one means. You can choose more than one, for example to see who has declined or cancelled, check both of those options.
2. See more patient details
You can now expand the Details under any patient, to see the history of who's invited them, and the different patient actions. As you can see below, we've also added reasons for the patient to choose from when declining their vaccinations and also the latest data on the patients vaccination status:
3. Invite an individual patient
You can now also search for an individual patient on PDS by choosing the 'Invite an individual' option at the top of the page. We go into more detail about how to do this in this article.
4. Go back to the old view
If you find yourself a bit stuck, you can always head back to the old page by clicking this link at the top of the page. This will take you back to the 'sent invites' view where you can click into each csv upload and see your patients that way.
