This article provides an overview of how our paid products are bundled and priced.

Our paid features provide unlimited access to Accurx, ensuring healthcare professionals can communicate quickly and easily with patients without a cap on the number of messages or services available.

Toolkit bundles

Our features have been grouped into three toolkits that ensure practices, and health boards at large, can be as efficient as possible – no matter their budgets.

The table below shows a summary of which features are included with which toolkit:

  • πŸ₯‰ Bronze provides the core package for patient messaging, already used by more than 80% of practices.

  • πŸ₯ˆ Silver provides the simple online consultation and messaging tools needed for effective digital-first primary care.

  • πŸ₯‡ Gold is the GP's preferred, all-in-one toolkit for Modern General Practice Access.

Note: Record View isn't currently available in Scotland and Northern Ireland or for GP practices that use Vision.

Toolkit pricing

Our toolkit bundles are priced per patient, per year based on patient population size.

Please note that the toolkit bundles will only cover the license fees of the products. It does not cover the SMS costs which will need to be covered separately. You can find out more about fragments and SMS costs here.

For Health Boards

Integrated Care Boards and similar governing bodies in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are able to procure Accurx via:

  • GCloud;

  • Direct contract with Accurx.
