You'll get notified on your Accurx toolbar when you receive a reply to an email you've sent or from inbound sent to your practice from other healthcare professionals and services. This notification will look similar to this 👇

For accuMail you have sent out, only the original sender receives a notification, but anyone at the practice can review and action emails in the Practice Inbox. For inbound sent by healthcare professionals and services, everyone at the practice will get a notification and this can be accessed from the Practice Inbox. This inbound notification behaviour will be updated soon! You can open the Practice Inbox by clicking on the email icon in their Accurx toolbar. This way, if the sender isn't in the practice others will still be able to view the inbox. 😊

To view the email, click on the email in the inbox which has the notification.
