How do I archive a user?
Click the settings icon on the toolbar and click 'Users' in the dropdown
This will take you to the 'Users' page, where you can see all user accounts in your organisation.
Find the user and select the 'Actions' dropdown, then 'Archive from workspace'. (If this is an admin user, you will need to 'Remove admin role' first, before you archive them)
Please note: When a user is archived from an organisation and they have scheduled messages that have 'Allow response' enabled, the patient responses received after they have been archived will be redirected to the inbox of the most recently active Accurx admin.
How do I unarchive someone?
The 'Archived' tab within the 'Users' page displays the organisation's/workspace's archived users. To undo the archive, find the user and click 'Unarchive'. The user will then appear in the approved list of users again.
