How your practice name appears at the bottom of the SMS is taken from EMIS.
(Note: if your practice uses SystmOne, please follow the steps in this article.)
To change your practice name in your text messages:
In the EMIS menu, click 'Configuration', then 'Organisation Configuration'
2. Click 'Organisation' in the bottom left corner
3. Right click on your practice name in the list and click 'Edit'
4. In the 'Organisation name (business)' field edit your practice name and click 'OK' at the bottom to save it.
Close and reopen EMIS to see the change applied.
