We require staff to own an NHS email address in order to use our products. This allows us to effectively audit usage if needed, in line with our agreements with NHS Digital and the use of the Personal Demographic Service.
What email addresses do you accept?
Users can only create Accurx accounts with an NHS Digital-accredited email address domains, outlined by the DCB1596 standard. You can find out more information about this in this article here: https://digital.nhs.uk/services/nhsmail/the-secure-email-standard.
I don't have one of those, what should I do?
To get an nhs.net or nhs.uk email address you will need to contact your local IT helpdesk or your Local Administrator to get setup (further info for NHSmail can be found here).
