Why have I received this message?

You may receive appointment reminder texts from Accurx about your upcoming appointments with your healthcare provider. These messages act as a friendly reminder about the date and time of your appointment and offer you the chance to cancel or change your appointment date and time.

What will the appointment reminder look like?

Below is an example of what the appointment reminder text will look like. It will tell you the date and time of the appointment if it is a face-to-face appointment. If it's a telephone appointment it will tell you the date and the two hour time frame of when you will be called.

There is also a link for you to click on if you want to cancel your appointment.

How do I cancel or amend my appointment?

You will be directed to click on a link in the SMS where you will firstly need to confirm your Date of birth and then you will be offered the chance to cancel your appointment. πŸ‘‡
