You can now share your custom questionnaire creations with your colleagues via email, social media, or whatever platforms suit you! This article runs through how to share them, and how to import them if someone has shared theirs with you.
How to export your custom questionnaire
You can share your custom questionnaires using a link, or you can simply transfer them over to other organisations that you are a part of.
You can also find step-by-step instructions below π
Click on your initials on the toolbar, and head to Manage Organisation.
Click on 'Templates & Florey Questionnaires'.
Click the '[your organisation name] Floreys' tab, then 'Go to Custom Florey Questionnaires'.
Scroll down to your published custom questionnaires (NB: you cannot share drafted Custom Floreys) and click 'Share'.
Click 'Copy link' to share with colleagues outside of your organisation or choose to share to one of the other organisations you're a part of.
Paste the link into whichever platform you'd like to share this via!
How to import a custom questionnaire that someone has shared with you
You may have received a link from someone, sharing their custom questionnaire with you. Here's how to import that to your organisation!
You can also find step-by-step instructions below π
Click on the link that you were sent, and choose which organisation you want to import the questionnaire to.
Click 'Import Florey Questionnaire'.
Review the questions, answers and SNOMED codes, and click 'Save and next'.
Review the invite message and SNOMED code, and click 'Save and next'.
Review the confirmation page and SNOMED code, and click 'Save and next'.
Choose which team you would like the questionnaire responses to go to (here's how to see and manage who is in what team), and click 'Save and done'.
Click 'Publish' to use the questionnaire straight away, or 'Save for testing' if you want to try it with a test patient first.
