Accurx Desktop has its own template library of about 50 templates that you can use. (You can also create your own - learn how to do that here!) Accurx supports two types of templates: Built-in Templates, which are pre-created by Accurx and cannot be modified, and Custom Templates, which can be created by users or organisations to meet specific needs.
There are now two ways to find templates in Accurx Desktop. If you encounter issues finding a template, refer to the troubleshooting section for guidance on resolving visibility problems.
Template Selector
The quickest way to select a template: just click on the "Search templates and questionnaires" field and type to find the specific template you're looking for.

If you're not sure what template you need and just want to explore what's available, try clicking the 'Preview templates and questionnaires' button. This will show the list of templates available to you, and a preview of each template.
Showing/Hiding Accurx templates
You can't edit our templates, but you can make a copy of them (by creating an organisation template) and then hide the Accurx template (e.g. if your organisation wants its own DNA message).
1. Click on the settings cog on the toolbar, then click 'Settings'
2. The Templates page will open:
3. Click 'Accurx Templates'
4. Next to each template, you can hide it by switching off the toggles for both 'Individual' and 'Batch'
If you 'Show' or 'Hide' an Accurx template, it will be shown or hidden for everyone on your team. You also won't see our updates to templates that you have hidden.
Please note: Users can hide only Accurx-created templates. Users will not be able to hide or remove any of the Accurx-created Questionnaires.
