5. Start composing a message to the patient, or choose a pre-written template from the 'Message templates' drop-down. To add an attachment to the message click 'Attach', and you can use the toggle to allow the patient to respond to you with text or up to 5 attachments. When you want to send the message click 'Send'.

Individual messages cannot be scheduled in Accurx Web.

Note: Users will no longer receive the copy email they used to receive when sending messages to patients in Accurx Web.

Reasoning behind this change: This email copy was crucial for web messaging in the absence of an inbox. However, now that we have a fully operational web inbox with visibility for all sent messages, the team has determined that there is no longer a necessity to send this email copy to users each time they send a message.

Can I save my message to a patient's record?
