When you send a text message with Accurx Web, the message will have a status of either 'sent', 'delivered' or 'failed', which we get back from the mobile network about that phone number. Click here to find out what these statues mean. 😀

In Accurx Web, you're able to view the status of messages sent by clicking on "Organisation" (bottom left-hand corner of web page) and then select "Organisation Settings" as shown below. 👇

Once, you've clicked on your "Organisation Settings", you'll then have the option to click 'Delivery receipts' to view the delivery status of your SMS messages. ⬇️
