When you send a text message with Accurx Web, the message will have a status of either 'sent', 'delivered' or 'failed', which we get back from the mobile network about that phone number. Click here to find out what these statues mean. 😀

In Accurx Web, you're able to view the status of messages sent by clicking on "Organisation" (top right-hand corner of web page) and then select "Settings".

Once, you've clicked on your "Organisation Settings", you'll then have the option to click 'SMS Status' to view the delivery status of your SMS messages. ⬇️
