The patient can book up to 6 weeks in advance (12 weeks if you have the extension enabled).

Patients will not be given specific times for appointments. They will be given time windows either between 8:30 am and 1:00 pm 🕜 or between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm 🕕 .
These telephone appointment time windows are not currently customisable.
