What is COVID-19 triaging?
Given the presence of coronavirus in the UK, we've built a tool that helps practices triage patients who have booked face-to-face appointments before they come in. This can be used to screen patients due to visit the practice and help decrease the risk of potentially spreading the virus.

Once the patient has accessed the link, they will be prompted to enter their date of birth in order to access the questionnaire π
Questions:
1. Do you have any of the following symptoms?
A new, continuous cough β this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours
A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
Shortness of breath
Feeling tired or exhausted
An aching body
A headache
A sore throat
A blocked or runny nose
Loss of appetite
Diarrhoea
Feeling sick or being sick

3. Do you have a high temperature, fever, or shivering (chills)?
A high temperature means you feel hot to the touch on your chest or back ( you do not need to measure your temperature)
