This article covers Accurx Desktop, our toolbar for EMIS/SystmOne/Vision, and provides guidance on logging in and troubleshooting login issues via the 'Log in with email and password' route.
Please note: If you're using an @nhs.net email address, please log in using the blue 'Continue with NHSMail (nhs.net)' option instead. This will use your NHSmail to verify your login.

Resetting your password via the 'Log in with email and password' flow
Each user can reset their own Accurx account password by sending a link to your email: Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the reset email in your inbox. The email should arrive within five minutes.
1. Click 'Forgot password' under the password entry box:
2. Enter your email and click 'Email me reset instructions'.
3. This will send you an email with a link to reset the password.
If you're unable to see the password reset email in your email inbox, please also ensure you check the junk/spam inbox too.
4. The link will bring you to a page where you can set a new password.
5. Once you have done this, you can return to the Accurx Desktop login flow and use your new password.
