Once you've finished a Scribe note or created a document from a consultation, you can send it directly to a colleague in your Accurx workspace using the Send to Colleague button. This makes it easy to share outputs with other team members.
π How to send a note or document to a colleague
Finish your Scribe note or document as you normally would.
Click "Send to Colleague" at the bottom of the note or document π
Match to a patient. You'll be asked to match the output to a patient using their date of birth and NHS number. This ensures the note is linked to the right patient when your colleague receives it.
Choose who to send it to. Select a specific user or a team within your Accurx workspace.
Add a note. Include a message to go along with the output, for example to flag what action is needed or provide additional context.
Send. Your colleague will receive the Scribe output in their Accurx inbox.
π₯ What happens when a colleague receives it?
The recipient will see the Scribe note or document in their Accurx workspace, along with any note you included.
They can then use the Copy to Clipboard button to transfer the output into their word processing software, medical record system, or wherever it needs to go π

Add a clear note when sending, so your colleague knows what the output is for and whether any action is needed.
Match the patient carefully. Double-check the date of birth and NHS number to make sure the output is linked to the correct patient.
Use for documents too. Send to Colleague works with both Scribe consultation notes and documents created from Scribe (such as referral or outpatient letters).

Send to Colleague is available in Accurx Scribe in Web to some Trust users. If you can't see this option, get in touch with the Support Team and we can look into it for you.
