Accurx Scribe in the Accurx app lets you dictate consultations directly from your mobile device. Itโs a handy way to capture your notes if you don't have a microphone on your PC.
Here's how to get set up and start using it ๐
Step 1: Start your consultation using Scribe
From the app homepage, tap Scribe to begin.

Start your consultation and speak as you normally would. When you're finished, tap
โ'Finish and create note'. This will generate your consultation note in the app.


You can also add to or adjust your note by tapping the Adjust icon. ๐

Step 2: View your Scribe on Accurx Web
Once you've finished your Scribe, you can pick it up on your computer. Click the โOpen on ๐ฅ๏ธโ icon located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen on your Scribe note.
The app will prompt you with instructions. On your computer's browser, open the unique QR code page: http://web.accurx.com/qr
Use the Accurx app to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
You will then be automatically logged into Accurx Web on your computer and be directed straight to the Scribe you created in the app.
It is essential that the clinician reviews all of their Accurx Scribe outputs before they are added to the medical record or shared with patients and other services.
โ ๏ธ Reporting issues: We are constantly improving Scribe and value your feedback. If you notice any hallucinations/omissions, please let our support team know via the live chat button (bottom right of your Scribe window). Reporting these helps our team review the output and continue improving the tool's accuracy.
Hallucinations: Any false or misleading information that was added.
Omissions: Any relevant clinical information that was missed.
Step 3: Copy your Scribe from Accurx Web
You can now view your Scribe on your computer and can copy it to wherever you need.

Youโll need an internet connection to log into the app and use Scribe. If you lose connection during a consultation. You'll see the following error message: 'Unable to load Scribe check your internet connection and try again'.

Yes, the app needs to stay open while you're using Scribe. If you switch apps or lock your phone during a consultation, the transcribing will stop.
