How to create documents in Accurx Scribe in the Accurx mobile app
1. Once you have completed a Scribe consultation and generated the consultation notes, tap the + button next to the 'Note' tab at the top of your Scribe ๐

You can switch between your Transcription, Note and any documents you've created at any time using these tabs. To remove a document, just tap the โ on its tab.
Editing your document
While Accurx Scribe can draft documents for you based on your consultation, you can always make adjustments to ensure the output is fully satisfactory. There are a few ways to edit a generated document in the app:
Edit the text directly โ tap into any section of your document and make changes using your keyboard.
Tapping a section also gives you the option to Copy that section, Adjust it, or Delete it ๐
Adjust with Scribe โ tap the Adjust button at the bottom of your document and tell Scribe what you'd like to change, such as rephrasing a section or adding more detail. Scribe will update the output for you to review ๐
Once you're happy with your document, tap Copy at the bottom to copy it to wherever you need.
Prefer to work on a bigger screen?
You can pick up your Scribe on your computer at any time by tapping 'Open on' in the top right-hand corner, or by logging into Accurx Web in a browser.
Your notes and documents will be there, ready for you.
It is essential that the clinician reviews all of their Accurx Scribe outputs before they are added to the medical record or shared with patients and other services.
