The directory in the Switch app is where you can find all the phone numbers, extensions, and bleeps for a hospital.
Note: The directory is separate from your Workspace in the Switch app. You don't need to change your Workspace to access a hospital's phone numbers. You can read more about Workspaces on the Switch app here.
If you need to switch to a different hospital's directory, it’s easy to do!
How to switch directories in the Switch app
To switch your directory, click the Directory from the main homepage of the Switch app.
2. Click the name of the hospital you are currently in, this will be in blue at the top.
3. You'll see a list of directories for different hospitals. Simply type the hospital name into the search bar, then click on it to access the directory. Following this, click on the name of the hospital to access the directory.
