The directory in the Accurx app is where you can find all the phone numbers, extensions, and bleeps for a hospital.
Note: The directory is separate from your Workspace in the Accurx app. You don't need to change your Workspace to access a hospital's phone numbers. You can read more about Workspaces on the Accurx app here.
If you need to switch to a different hospital's directory, it’s easy to do!
How to switch directories in the Accurx app
To switch your directory, click the Directory within the Accurx app.
2. Click the name of the hospital directory that you're currently in, which is at the top of the screen.
3. You'll see a search bar where you can search for the directory of the hospital that you want to access. Simply type the hospital name into the search bar, then click on it to access the directory. Following this, click on the name of the hospital to access the directory.
