If you're a non-GP organisation, your sender ID may appear as "NHSNoReply" when patients receive texts but this can be adjusted. Below is a guide on how to change this.

How to set your sender ID

  1. When logged in, click on your org's name on the top right and select 'Settings'

  2. Select 'Workspace' on the left-hand side and then 'SMS sender ID'. Here you can change the signature, this will apply to everyone in the organisation. Click 'Update' to save this πŸ‘‡

*The ID must be 3-11 characters (letters or numbers only), with no spaces. This is a limitation set by SMS networks. It is worth abbreviating your organisation's name if you want your patients to know the message is from your organisation.
