You can create new message templates to use when messaging patients and healthcare providers. Here's how πŸ‘‡

Hint: Accurx will automatically include the greeting and sign-off, so no need for you to add those!

How to create a template?

  1. Click on your Workspace in the top right hand side, then select "Settings"

  2. The "Manage Templates" page will open up. Here you'll be able to create new templates, edit/delete existing ones and copy templates to your workspace for your colleagues to access too.

3. Once you have clicked "Create New Template" you can choose if the intended recipient is a patient or healthcare provider. Give your template a title, organise it by category and add a SNOMED code as appropriate. πŸ‘‡

Note: SNOMED codes can only be used if connected to a medical record system.

When making a healthcare provider template, you can add patient details which will auto-populate from the patient's record. πŸ“„

The details which can be added are:

  • Patient phone number

  • Patient address

  • GP address

  • GP phone number

Note: When you add a 'patient detail' field, we automatically fill it with information from the patient's record. If the record doesn't have that information or your workspace is not connected to a clinical system, we'll leave it blank for you to fill in manually.

When making a patient template you can choose if you want it to be available to be sent via individual and/or batch message, and choose to allow patients to respond.

How to manage my workspace's templates?

To create shared templates for your workspace or to edit/delete existing ones, click on "Workspace Templates". πŸ‘‡

To share a personal template to your workspace so your colleagues can use it go to the "My Templates" tab then click "Copy to Workspace".

Please note that you will need to be an approved member of the workspace if you want to share your templates with the rest of the workspace on Accurx Web.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with the support team by clicking on the green chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner πŸ‘‰
