This article details the current pilot of Accurx features across Kent & Medway, and how to use these for the Blood Pressure Initiative.
NHS Kent and Medway ICB has partnered with Accurx to help practices in Kent and Medway improve the blood pressure management of patients still not treated to target.
To support this, the following Accurx Plus features are available now until 14th April 2023:
Questionnaire Plus: Ask patients to submit their blood pressure to your practice using our blood pressure questionnaires
Batch messaging and appointment reminders: Maximise your outreach by sending our blood pressure questionnaires to a list of patients who are still not treated to target.
How to use your Accurx Plus free trial to improve Blood Pressure Management:
Create a report of patients who are still left to treat
Upload the list of patients to our Batch Messaging feature
Select the Blood Pressure Questionnaire ( 1 day )
Send to your patients via the NHS App/text message
Patients will have 7 days to respond until you can invite them again. Responses will come back into the Questionnaires folder within the Accurx inbox, where they can be reviewed and saved to the patient’s record in 1 click.
Send the 7 day Blood Pressure Questionnaire if patient response indicates this
