To send a Batch Message with Accurx, you’ll need a CSV file with a list of patients. Each electronic patient record (EPR) system exports patient lists differently and requires different columns depending on the system and where your organisation is located. Note: Each guide lists the columns your file needs. Extra columns may cause errors, so please remove any unnecessary data before uploading. As Accurx is a data processor, not a data controller, we can’t edit CSV files for you under our data processing agreement.
