You should be able to connect your accuRx Desktop toolbar to your SystmOne site/practice quite easily.
This normally happens when you log into your accuRx toolbar, open SystmOne at your site/practice and click "approve" in the pop-up that appears.
If the accuRx toolbar doesn't doesn't appear to be connecting though, there are a couple of things to check. 😊
1. Restart your PC and then make sure that you only have one SystmOne process running for your current site/practice (make sure no EMIS processes are open too!)
First, we recommend that you completely shut down your PC and then start it back up again.
Once it is back up and running, make sure to only open SystmOne at the site/practice that you are working from and do not open SystmOne or EMIS at any other sites/practices.
If you have EMIS installed on your computer, make sure it is not running.
2. Check accuRx has not been blocked by SystmOne
If you still have problems after following the above step, follow the steps in this article to check if accuRx has been blocked in SystmOne and to unblock accuRx.
