If your toolbar has a lock icon
This means you're an unapproved user at this workspace and one of your admins needs to approve you. The appointed Accurx admin should receive a notification asking to enable you. Usually, the admin is whoever signed up to Accurx first at the organisation.
If you're not sure who the admin is for your organisation, please get in touch with us on the live chat and we can help in finding this out.
More info on how admins can approve new users here. As soon as you're approved, your toolbar should connect fully and features will be unlocked! π
If you're an approved user but a feature is missing:
This may mean your toolbar isn't at the most recent version.
Usually, the toolbar will update automatically. However, some organisations find they have trouble getting our updates.
We've built a tool called our Utility tool, which does a full repair and will bring in the latest version of the toolbar. You can run it following these steps, and it should get you sorted!
