Your 'Workspace' in the Accurx app refers to the collaborative space in which you work. Everyone has access to the Inbox, and if Message GP* is enabled for your organisation, you’ll use the same workspace to share an inbox with your team. For example, Dermatology Outpatients.
Note: This is separate from the directory. The directory is only to access phone numbers, extensions and bleeps for a hospital. Message GP is only available to specific Trusts and users.
If you need to change the workspace you are in, you can do so easily!
How to change workspace in the Accurx app
To change workspace, click the name of the workspace you are currently in. This will be at the top of the app.
2. You will then see a list of workspaces in your organisation that you are currently in or pending approval to join. Here you can switch to a different workspace or join a new workspace by selecting Join New Workspace.
3. The existing workspaces in your organisation will be shown in alphabetical order. You can search through the list or use the search function to find the workspace you are looking for.
Once you have found the workspace you want to join, click Join and then Confirm.
4. If none of the existing workspaces are appropriate, you can create a new one. You will see the Create workspace option if your search comes back with no results.
To create a new workspace, Click Create +. Once created, you will be made the admin for this workspace and be able to approve other users wanting to join this workspace.
