What happens if I don't have notifications switched on?

If you have the NHS app downloaded but notifications are switched off, you will receive an SMS instead and be able to view the same message in the NHS app as well.

What if I don't see my notifications?

Not to worry! 😌 If an NHS App message is not opened within 24 hours we will automatically send an SMS to your phone instead.
