The NHS App allows you to access a range of NHS services. You can download the NHS App on your phone or tablet.
How can I use Accurx via the NHS App?
There are several ways you can now use Accurx with the NHS App 👇
Receive batch messages from your practice such as
standard messages
Receive appointment reminder messages
How can I receive messages and notifications via the NHS App?
In order to receive Batch Messages and Appointment Reminders via the NHS App, you will need to have your app notifications switched on 📱
What happens if I don't have notifications switched on?
If you have the NHS app downloaded but notifications are switched off, you will receive an SMS instead and be able to view the same message in the NHS app as well.
What if I don't see my notifications?
Not to worry! 😌 If an NHS App message is not opened within 24 hours we will automatically send an SMS to your phone instead.
