Please note: This feature is currently only being piloted at a number of organisations. We hope to have this available for other users soon.

We understand the need for reporting dashboards to allow organisations to review and plan their usage of our features, so we hope this feature is something that can be of assistance πŸ™

This article will run through the reporting dashboard feature that allows users to pull data on response rates of two features:

  • Questionnaires

  • Self-Book

How to access the reporting dashboards

  • Click on the initials on your Accurx toolbar

  • Select 'Manage Organisation'

  • Scroll down to the 'Reporting' section and select 'Questionnaire and self-book response rates'

  • You'll see this option to select between 'Questionnaire' and 'Booking'

Questionnaires

To access the response rates data for Questionnaires, ensure you have the 'Questionnaire' tab selected.

Please note: The data from our screenshots is taken from our test environment and doesn't represent real-time data.

This view focuses on Questionnaire response rates - showing:

  • Highlights - Overall response rates of individual and batch Questionnaires, as well as the average 3-day response rate.

  • Month-on-month trend - Individual and batch Questionnaire rates trend month-on-month starting from August 2023 - as far back as our Questionnaire data goes.

  • Breakdown by questionnaire - Showing the response rate of each Questionnaire, split out by default/custom Questionnaires and send method (batch/individual).

    • Note: The same questionnaire might have multiple lines here if they have been sent using different methods (individual vs. batch).

    • Note: we have excluded the 4-day and 7-day Blood Pressure Questionnaires due to aggregated modelling but we will be including it in later releases.

  • Time to respond - When hovering over the table, a tooltip pops up showing response rates of 1st day, 3 days, 7 days and at expiry. The stats shown are related only to the row where you are hovering over.

How to filter by date πŸ“…

You can enter the timeframe for the data you wish to analyse by selecting a start and end date under 'Questionnaire Sent Date' πŸ‘‡

How to filter by Questionnaire Name 🎯

You can filter by Questionnaire name to see the response rates of specific Questionnaires by selecting the dropdown under 'Questionnaire Name' πŸ‘‡

(Please note that the 4-day and 7-day Blood Pressure Questionnaires aren't included in the reporting dashboard due to how patients will be responding multiple times over the days of a single Questionnaire. These don't map neatly to the idea of a response rate dashboard so these have been excluded from the reporting)

Self-Book

To access the response rates data for Self-Book, ensure you have the 'Booking' tab selected.

Please note: The data from our screenshots is taken from our test environment and doesn't represent real-time data.

This view focuses on Self-Book link response rates - showing:

  • Highlights - Overall response rates of individual and batch Self-Book links, as well as the average 3-day response rate.

  • Week-on-week trend - Individual and batch Self-Book rates trend week-on-week starting from November 2023 - as far back as our Self-Book data goes.

  • Breakdown by slot type - Showing the individual response rate of each booking slot, split out by appointment type and send method (batch/individual).

    • Appointment type β‡’ either face-to-face or telephone

      • All batch appointments are face-to-face

    • Note: The same booking link might have multiple lines here if they have been sent using different methods/are different appointment types.

  • Time to respond - When hovering over the table, a tooltip pops up showing response rates at 1st day, 3 days and at expiry. The stats shown are related to the row you are hovering over.

FAQs

How far back can the data go?

You can specify the timeframe you want to view the data ⌚ For each module, you can view the data from:

- Questionnaires: 1st of August 2023

- Self-Book: 2nd of November 2023

What can I use the data for?

You can use the dashboard to review how Questionnaires and Self-Book have been working for your team πŸ”Ž This can be useful for improvements to your processes, for example:

- Encouraging the use of specific Questionnaires at your organisation

- Encouraging the use of Self-Book for specific appointment types

Why can't I view data on scheduled Questionnaires or Self-Book links?

Our initial release will not include scheduled Questionnaires (individual or batch) due to complexities with the data.

Data on scheduled Self-Book links will also not be available yet as the ability to schedule Self-Book messages is a new feature.

However, we are looking to incorporate this data and hope to have this available soon 🀞
