This article talks about Accurx Desktop which is installed alongside EMIS or System One.
Once you've got the toolbar installed and correctly connected to EMIS or SystmOne, you'll be able to message your patients!
To send a message:
Select a patient in EMIS/SystmOne and open their clinical record
Click the message icon in the Accurx Desktop toolbar
You should see the patient's details have come through to Accurx Desktop!
Choose what to put in your message - you can simply free text in the box near the bottom, or you can add a pre-written template, and also add links from NHS UK.
