I work for an organisation with multiple sites 🏘️
When setting up Appointment Reminders, you find that some of your site locations or slot types are missing from the dropdown.
This is because you can set up only 1 reminder per slot type and location combination.
If you can not see a site location
This could be because:
that site has reminders set for all slot types already
at least one of the slot types selected for the reminder you are currently setting up has already got a reminder for the missing site location
You may need to remove the slot type(s) from the reminder you are currently trying to set up or go back and edit the other reminder(s) that includes the slot type(s) and site location(s) that you are trying to select.
If you can not see a slot type
This is because at least one of your site locations selected for the reminder you are currently setting up has already got a reminder for the missing slot type.
You will either need to remove the site location(s) from the reminder you are currently trying to set up or go back and edit the other reminder that includes the site location(s) and slot type that you are trying to select.
