How does the multi-site set-up work?
Our multi-site functionality allows an organisation to be linked to more than one delivery site, to offer patients multiple locations for their vaccination appointments.
As a reminder, the standard set-up without multi-site functionality is this:
Lead organisation = the organisation creating and managing clinics
Delivery site = location at which patients are vaccinated
Invited organisation = organisations invited by the lead organisation to be part of the group
Examples of multi-site use
π Each delivery site still needs to be related to a single lead organisation π
All invited organisations linked to a delivery site can choose to link to an additional delivery site, i.e. all invited organisations within a group can allow patients to book into more than one delivery site.
2. Some invited organisations linked to a delivery site choose to link to an additional delivery site, i.e. only some of the invited organisations within a group choose to allow patients to book into more than one delivery site.
3. An invited organisation can be linked to 2 delivery sites, in different groups.
4. An organisation can be linked to 2 delivery sites, acting as the invited organisation for one delivery site, and the lead organisation for the other
Can an organisation manage multiple delivery sites?
Yes, it is possible to have multiple addresses linked to one ODS code.
A lead organisation can have one address for any participating sites to book into and also have another site for their own practice. If you'd like to set this up get in touch with our support team live chat and they'll be able to help with this π
One thing to be aware of is that invited organisations cannot pick and choose which clinics to display to different patient groups.
