This article should only be used to repair our Accurx Desktop toolbar for EMIS/SystmOn/Vision organisations.
The Accurx Utility Tool is a powerful resource for troubleshooting and resolving common issues with the Accurx Desktop toolbar. It performs a full repair of the toolbar, resolves slot visibility and connection issues, and enables clean uninstallation and reinstallation of the application.
Run our Utility tool
If you get a security warning, untick the "always ask before opening this file" box and then click "Run"
When prompted, select "Repair"
This will begin the utility tool's process of cleaning out and replacing files. It will look like this and may take a few minutes to run. Ensure you restart your PC after the repair process is complete to apply all changes.
When it has finished, you'll see the installer pop up. Just follow the steps in the installer box, and you'll have the Accurx toolbar on your PC 😀
If the repair does not resolve the issue, consider using the Utility Tool to uninstall and reinstall the Accurx Desktop toolbar. Download the latest installer from the official support page, install it, and restart your PC to ensure proper functionality.
