If you're having trouble loading up Accurx Desktop, first check whether you've got the desktop icon. It should look like this:

If you can't see this icon, and can't find Accurx Desktop in the Windows Start menu, this means it isn't installed. You can download and install Accurx Desktop from this page.

If you do have the icon, double-click on it, and Accurx Desktop should open. If it doesn't, please run this tool to fix your installation (and click Repair when prompted).
