If you're having trouble loading up Accurx Desktop, first check whether you have the desktop icon. It should look like this:
I don't have the icon
If you can't see this icon and can't find Accurx Desktop in the Windows Start menu, this means it isn't installed. You can download and install Accurx Desktop from this page.

I have the icon
If you do have the icon, double-click on it, and Accurx Desktop should open. If it doesn't, please run this tool to fix your installation (click 'Repair' when prompted).
