Identifying and filtering professional messages
Each conversation in your inbox is tagged with either "Patient" or "Professional".
Professional: Email messages sent to other healthcare professionals about a patient.
Patient: Messages directly sent to a patient.
There's also a filter button in each inbox folder that lets you show only professional conversations, if required.
Care Connections
This folder will be for any unsolicited inbound you receive from other healthcare professionals using Accurx Web or contacting your organisation's Accurx email address directly.
You can ask our support team to turn off inbound coming in from Accurx. However, the team won't be able to stop any users from contacting the practice's Accurx email address directly.
