What does Accurx Scribe do?

Accurx Scribe uses AI to transcribe audio from a patient consultation or dictation and to summarise it into a structured form for medical notes. Clinicians can review and edit these notes, generate other documents, save these notes to the patient record and share documents with patients and other services.

How do I get started?

We have a demo of how to complete your first scribe here. For a more detailed step-by-step guide, see this article here.

We're launching to all Accurx users on Desktop and Web from June 2025, with Accurx Mobile rolling out across the rest of the month. Join the waitlist to keep up with the details.

Governance and compliance considerations

Before you start using Accurx Scribe, your organisation must complete some important governance and compliance steps. These steps ensure that the use of the new functionality is safe, legal and meets NHS standards. See our article here for a full list of steps.
