Which usage stats are available for Patient Triage and how you can view these

This article talks about how to see how many requests you have received and which type.

The Patient Triage Dashboard allows you to:

  • See the number of Patient Triage requests by day (Medical, Admin or both).

  • See the number of Patient Triage requests received by each hour (Medical, Admin or both).

  • See your busiest hours.

  • See if your requests were submitted by patients, by users via Reception Flow, or both.

  • See how the requests are being assigned and actioned.

  • Download these reports.

Where is the Dashboard?

  1. Click on your initials on the Accurx Toolbar.

  2. Click on 'Patient Triage'.

  3. Click 'Dashboard' in the top bar.

The different views

There are a few different dashboards that give you an insight into the different parts of your Patient Triage workflow. These are:

Download Report

Here you can download all of the raw reporting data for Patient Triage in the last 90 days and export the usage report straight into Excel in one click!

This report shows the Date, Time, Type, Topic, Match and Created by for each request.

You will then be able to find the exported Excel file (with the name PatientTriageUsage) in your downloads folder on your computer. πŸ˜ƒ

Requests by assignee

Here you can see an overview of...

  1. How much open work there is.

  2. Who is assigned to that open work.

  3. How much work has been assigned today.

  4. How much work has been completed today.

  5. Who was assigned to that work.

You can search for a specific staff member using the search bar at the top, and pin them to your view by clicking on the pin icon next to their name πŸ“Œ

You can use the filters in the top-right to see either medical or admin requests, or both of them combined.

You can also filter to see if the requests were submitted by patients, by users via Reception Flow, or both πŸ‘‡

You can click the three lines by each heading to order the assignees from high to low, or low to high πŸ‘‡

To see what each heading means, hover over the information icon ℹ️

Requests by day πŸ“†

Here you can see how many requests you received on each day of the week. This is shown as two bars: one for last week, and one for the current week.

You can use the filters in the top-right to see either medical or admin requests, or both of them combined.

You can also filter to see if the requests were submitted by patients, by users via Reception Flow, or both.

Requests by hour πŸ•™

Here you can see how many requests you received in each hour of each day in the last week. This is also shown in a 'heat-map' format, with darker blue representing a higher number of requests.

You can use the filters in the top-right to see either medical or admin requests, or both of them combined.

You can also filter it to see if the requests were submitted by patients, by users via Reception Flow, or both.
