Contacts within the Accumail directory have a status showing inactive and active contacts to make sure you're reaching the best contact to communicate your patient's healthcare with other healthcare professionals.
What are we showing?
In "Sent" we display the number of Accumails sent to the contact in the past week. This includes messages sent by other practices to the contact.
In "Opened" we display on average how quickly the contact took to open their Accumail messages in the past 30 days.
In "Responded" we display on average how long the contact took to respond to an Accumail message in the past 30 days.
What happens if we don’t have enough data?
If there is not enough meaningful data it will display "No data yet" under Accumail activity.
We are only showing data when we have collected enough for it to be meaningful.
Why are we not sharing data for individual personal inboxes?
For IG reasons we won’t be sharing data for individual Healthcare Professional emails and you will see it says "Activity not shown for this contact".
How do we determine the state of activity?
Activity for sent Accumail messages
The sending rate is calculated using data from the past week.
0 messages sent = No data yet
1 message sent = 1 Accumail sent to this contact in the past week from your practice/another practice
Between 1 and 50* messages sent = x* Accumails sent to this contact in the past week from your practice/multiple practices
Over 50 Accumail sent = Over 50 Accumails sent to this contact in the past week from your practice/multiple practices
Example
(In this example, a total of 36 Accumail messages were sent to this contact in the past week from multiple practices using Accumail.)
Activity Status for opened Accumail messages
The open rate is calculated using data from the past 30 days.
0 messages opened = No data yet
Message opened in 1 day = On average, messages are opened in less than a day
Message opened between 1 and 14* days = On average, messages are opened in x* days
Message opened after going over 14 days = On average, messages are opened after 14 days
Example
(In this example, the contact on average opens Accumail messages within a day.)
Activity Status for response time
The response rate is calculated using data from the past 30 days.
0 days to respond = No data yet
1 day to respond = On average, messages are responded to in less than a day
Between 1 and 14* days to respond = On average, messages are responded to in x* days
Over 14 days to respond = On average, messages are responded to after 14 days
