If you can't send out Self-Book links for telephone appointments, there are a couple of things that could be causing this problem.

First, double check the slot type Self-Book is currently set up for. You will see the name of the slot type here in your inbox:

If you’re happy that the slot type you have chosen for Self-Book is correct then it’s worth double checking these things:

  • The slot type you have chosen to use with Self-Book needs to be in your appointment book within the next 3 weeks

  • Your chosen slot type needs to be either between 8:30am and 1:00pm or between 2:00pm and 6:00pm

  • The slot type you have chosen can not only be in your appointment book on the same day as you’re setting up Self-Book

  • If you’ve recently added in some more of your chosen slot type into your appointment book, you'll need to leave around 1 hour before Self-Book will pick up those slots and will let you send out booking links
