On the Settings page, you will have the option to customize a variety of messages that patients encounter when submitting a form. 👇
Edit the welcome page message
Edit submission confirmation message
Edit SMS confirmation message
When customizing messages in the settings page for patient triage you will see a list of important things to consider when customizing the message, what your current message is set to, where this is located in the request flow and, the option to edit.
Click on the edit button to change the text in the specific section of Patient Triage.
Once you are happy with your changes you can save the changes. Alternatively, you can reset to the defaulted message. There is no character limit on these messages.
