Features that stopped being free on the 1st April:
Request a text/photo response - Is now restricted to 20 per practice per week
Attach a document - Is now restricted to 20 per practice per week
Video - is covered by a national contract extension until the end of 2021 in England. For practices outside of England, video became restricted on the 1st April and needs to be funded locally to gain access.

Accurx Plus in your local area
We’ve engaged with ICSs across the country about Accurx Plus but in some areas, SMS Plus has not been procured. This means that the Request a Response and Attach a Document features have been restricted to 20 uses per practice per week from 1st April in these areas, unless purchased locally by PCNs or practices.
If you are seeing an orange message in your Accurx toolbar (like in the image below), this is because your ICS has not purchased the SMS Plus module:
If you are not seeing these warning messages, this is because your ICS has purchased these SMS features.
How to upgrade and get unrestricted access to the SMS Plus features
It is possible to purchase Accurx Plus modules as a PCN (Cluster or Federation in Wales and NI) or as an individual practice. You can find more information on pricing here. 🎉
