How do I book?

If you're looking to use your link to book with us, please see here for more info and help accessing your link.

Is it legitimate?

The link you have received is a legitimate invitation from your GP. We're Accurx, a software provider helping GP practices like yours to deliver the Covid-19 vaccination programme across the UK and book appointments for patients into their practice.

The link you have received is sent on behalf of your GP practice and will enable you to book in to appointments available at your practice. You should feel confident accessing it.

accuBook is an NHS Digital assured appointment management solution, and this can be verified on their website:

If you're interested in how we keep your data safe, you can read more about why you can trust us in our Security and Privacy centre on our website. 99% of GPs in England use Accurx and trust us to handle their patient data, and we have messaged more than 21 million patients and set up millions of video consultations between GPs and their patients. We take this responsibility seriously - above all else.

We know that people are rightly cautious about checking the links they are following are legitimate. We are in sole control of these links, so it would not be possible for anyone else to intervene and harm you.

You can have confidence in us, and in your GP to book your appointment. But if you have any questions at all, you can always chat to our support team by hitting the chat bubble on the bottom right hand corner of this page.
