This article assumes you already have access to AccuBook, and that you've gone through the procurement process to turn the feature on for your organisation.
STEP 1: Set up your lead organisation and invite other organisations:
Head to 'Vaccine sessions' under ‘COVID-19 vaccine’
Enter the details of your delivery site.
Add the ODS codes of participating practices.
To avoid typos (and allowing the wrong practice to invite their patients!) we strongly recommend double checking ODS codes here ❗
📣 Remember to let your participating sites know they've been invited!
STEP 2: Set up the clinics you plan to run:
Select 'Vaccination Sessions' under 'COVID-19 vaccine'
Add the details of the first clinic you plan to run in a new row.
Set your clinic live. These slots will now be accessible to book patients in (see step 3).
STEP 3: Invite patients to book their appointments:
Select ‘Invite patients and manage bookings’ under 'COVID-19 vaccine'
Here you can invite patients to book themselves into an appointment via SMS, book them in manually yourself, and then view, manage and cancel these bookings.
