In January 2021, we launched Accurx Plus, which is a set of new premium (paid) features. This is in addition to the free tier in Accurx, which is called Accurx Lite.

We've written a blog post detailing the background of this move and why we're moving in this direction.

What will Accurx Web Plus include?

  • Video room sizes of up to 50 people

  • Ability to capture outcomes of video consultations

  • Organisation-wide templates for SMS messages

  • Enhanced integration capabilities

  • User management

  • Reporting features

What will the free version include?

  • SMS a patient

  • Custom templates

  • Patient lists

  • Teams

  • accuMail - Message a patient’s GP practice (optionally with attachments)

  • Video consultations

  • Just-in-time waiting rooms for clinicians - allowing clinicians to see when a patient has joined a video call before joining themselves

  • Send patients test video consultations

  • Book video consultations in advance
