Patient lists will help you save patient searches in a list, instead of having to search for these each time. 😊 Here's how to get started with Patient lists 🎉

How can I add patients to my Lists?

There's two ways you can add patients to your lists. You can either upload multiple patients with a CSV file, as shown in this guide 👉 How to upload multiple patients to your list?

Alternatively, you can search for patients and then save these to a lists. The steps below guide through this:

1. Log in accuRx Web (via https://fleming.accurx.com)

2. Under "Patient List" click on "Try now" 👇

3. Click "Send SMS" to receive the SMS with the 6 digit code used for two factor authentication 👇

If you're having problems receiving the SMS, the mobile number is incorrect or missing, start a live chat with us (by clicking on the message icon on the bottom right of this page) and we'll help you resolve this right away!

4. Enter the 6 digit code from the SMS and click "Confirm" 👇

5. Click on "Start adding patients" to start creating your Patient List 🎉

❓ How can I create, remove and manage my Patient Lists?

You can create more than one list, remove patients from a single list, clear a list with a click and much more! Find out in this guide on 👉 How to manage your Patient lists

❓ How can I contact patients?

1. Choose a patient and click on "Contact" 👇

2. From the drop down, click on one of the options 👇

  • Invite to Video Consult - This will open a pop up where you can quickly send via SMS or email the invitation for the patient to join the video call. 😊
  • See all contact options - This will open a new window where you can choose to send via SMS or email the video consult invitation to the patient, or "Message patient" to send them a simple SMS with or without attachments (How to send attachments with SMS using accuRx).

❓ How do I join the call?

You can join the video call right away by clicking on "Open Video Consult" or directly from your Patient List, where you'll also see the patient's progress with joining the call. We recommend using Patient Lists, which you can do by:

2. Clicking on "Contact" followed by "Go to scheduled Video Consult" 👇

❓ How can I see how far the patient is with joining the call?

For each patient in your list, after you've sent the video call invitation below their NHS no. you'll see the status of where the patient is with joining the call. These status are:

  • Video Consult invitation sent - The sms or email has been sent to the patient, and they've not clicked yet on the link to join the Video Consult
  • Recipient setting up device - The patient has clicked on the link in the SMS or email and could have joined the Video Consult

❓ How can I invite colleagues to join the Video Consult?

By sharing the URL link for the patient's video call with the patient with a colleague they'll be able to join the call by clicking on this URL link.

Note that each URL link is unique per patient, so please ensure that you're sharing with colleagues the correct link for the specific patient.

To invite with a colleague, copy the URL link after joining the call (as shown above) and share with your colleague how works best for you - For example, you could send via your NHS inbox by pasting the link in an email to your colleague. ✈️
