This article talks about Patient Triage, accuRx's new online consultation platform.
You can now change the response time that is seen by your patients when they submit requests online via Patient Triage. By default, your response time is set at 2 working days.
Only accuRx accounts with admin status can change the response time. (You can find out who the admin is at your practice by clicking on your initials icon on the accuRx Chain toolbar and then 'Manage Practice' and then 'Practice users'.)
Note: we would only recommend changing this if you're confident that you can still meet patient expectations within this time frame.
How to alter your response time
1. Click on your initials on your accuRx Chain toolbar and then click 'Manage Practice' from the drop-down list:
2. On the Manage Practice page, scroll down to the bottom and click on ' 'Settings'.
This will open a web page where you will see the option to 'Change your promised response time'. 👇
3. To change your promised response time, click on the drop down next to '2 working days' and you will see the option to change this to '1 working day'.
4. One you have clicked '1 working day' click the blue 'Update response time' button underneath. 😊
